At Veron Care, your privacy matters. We are committed to protecting your personal information and ensuring transparency in how we collect, use, and share it. This Privacy Policy describes our practices for individuals and organizations (collectively “users”) who access or use Veron Care’s devices, software, platforms, and services in the United States.
1. Acceptance and Scope
By creating an account or using Veron Care, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old or have legal authority to act on behalf of an organization.
- If you represent a company (B2B), these Terms work together with your signed Service Agreement or Order Form.
If you do not agree, you must not use our products or services.
2. Services Provided
Veron Care provides health monitoring devices and software that collect, analyze, and transmit biometric data to assist users or caregivers. Veron Care is not a medical provider. Our services are intended to support — not replace — professional diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and current information when registering or using our services.
- Use Veron Care devices and software responsibly and only for lawful purposes.
- Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Not reverse engineer, copy, or misuse the platform in any way.
4. B2B Contracts and Service Levels
For business customers, all specific terms (fees, support, SLAs, warranties, liability limits) are defined in your Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Order Form. If any inconsistency exists, the signed agreement will take precedence.
5. Fees and Payment
Where applicable, subscription or licensing fees are billed according to your Order Form. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination after notice.
6. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, software, and content within Veron Care are the exclusive property of Veron Group or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of our services without prior written permission.
7. Warranties and Disclaimers
- Veron Care provides its products and services “as is” and “as available.”
- We make no guarantee that our platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.
- You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of data before making medical or operational decisions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Veron Care’s total liability will not exceed the total amount you paid for the affected service during the previous 12 months.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.
- You agree to indemnify and hold Veron Care harmless from claims arising from your misuse or unlawful use of our products.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to our services if you breach these Terms or any applicable agreement.
You may terminate your account anytime by contacting support@veroncare.com.
Upon termination, you must cease all use of the products and delete any related data as required.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), held in San Francisco, California, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
11. Changes to Terms
Veron Care may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Additional Provisions
- International Data Transfers: If your data is processed outside the U.S., appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) will be applied.
- Notices: Official communications may be sent to your registered email address or through the Veron Care platform.
